I know, it sounds for instability and total waste of money, to call for NOTA. But let us find out, if any of the given scenarios favour for stability.
BJP: The Mystery of
out-of-blue CM candidate!
Kiran Bedi inspires from Narendra Modi and joins BJP.There
is no reason, why one would not get inspired by the ‘master of management’ and
PM of our country. Timing too, gave BJP a thrust in its campaign. But, Oh My
God!! There comes a decision, which in a way is costing BJP (which they will
never concede). Kiren Bedi gets declared as CM candidate. A person, who barely
knows about the rights and wrongs of politics, comes and represent BJP. What
follows, is all blunders!
Let’s face it. BJP is finding it tough on their own tricks of ‘development politics’. AAP is asking for debate on development issues, which BJP is somehow avoiding. Kiran Bedi looks nervous while facing questions and in a way, is right in ducking the debate with AK. She said electricity is not an issue for Delhi. That sounds horrible.

Having said all the above, I don’t think it will stop BJP
from winning Delhi elections. It’s like Tennis. Novak Djokovic might be having toughest
time in the middle. But in the end, he will still manage to lift the cup.
AAP: “Trust” again?
No way!!
I have seen people, who feel disturbed when called ‘aam admi’.
They would certainly prefer ‘common man’ term. This whole concept of converting
Dharnas into politics, lacks the skills of administration and vision. People
would still choose to think twice, before trusting them again. Remember, AAP
was not the people’s clear choice any day, as they were on 28 seats, lagging behind
BJP. Hence, the image of only-clean party is unlikely to work.
What about Anna Hazare and his wish for Jan Lokpal? Where are all talks about Jan Lokpal? AAP has gone for BJP’s way of fighting
elections and shouted for development, just to confront under-cooked BJP. I cannot remember a single incident,
where Jan Lokpal has been mentioned.
The fact that AAP is unwilling to concede that they still don’t
have any national ambitions, makes them completely vulnerable to trust again.
Yes, AAP has gained some momentum, cashing-in on KB’s inexperience in politics
but it barely seems likely, to get transformed into seats.
Congress: In any
race?
The only thing which looks clear as water, as of now is, the
handsome defeat of congress. They never looked in picture for Delhi and they
gained negative momentum, thanks to Jayanti Natarajan-Raga shootout!
Overall:
Wow! Spare a thought for people who were supporting all guns
and spending day and night, for Dharnas of Anna Hazare!!
The two key people of that movement are CM candidates now
and fighting all sorts of politics, which they once criticized for so long!
Thank God, Anna Hazare is not the third CM candidate!
BJP might win one more election and that too comprehensively
(45+) under Mr. Shah’s Magic but if I were a Delhi citizen, I would be
responsible enough to vote and vote in much different way! If there is a way to
exercise and express discontent about the level of candidates, I would
certainly not miss it!
Yes, it accounts for instability and waste of lots of money.
But, I need a better set of people ruling, be it late.
